250,000 SF New Medical Office Planned in Houston |

Houston, Texas - Medistar announced today its plan to develop a 225,000 square feet, state-of-the-art medical office building on the Twelve Oaks Medical Campus located in Houston. The medical campus is located adjacent to Interstate 59 inside the Interstate 610 loop and in the heart of Houston. The new facility, named River Oaks Medical Plaza, is planned to open in 2006.
For the past 25 years, Medistar Corporation has focused on the design, development, finance and ownership of medical-related real estate. To date, the firm has developed over 542 buildings with a capitalization value in excess of $5 billion across most major U.S. cities.
